Make Yourself Sleep in 40 Seconds is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on March 27th, 2011 by the user TrickTrolled. The video description tells the user to stare into the center of the spiral for the hypnosis trick to enable them to fall asleep within 40 seconds.

The video misleads the viewer into thinking that they are going to sleep in about 40 seconds by becoming hypnotized as they stare at a black and white hypnosis spiral. After 30 seconds of the video have passed, a scary troll mask pops up along with an echoing scream. At 35 seconds into the video, yellow text appears on screen with a link to the makers youtube channel and fades out just as the video ends. It has gotten over 7 million views as of 2017.
