The video itself is a challenge to viewers to try to not get scared from a screamer, the text is shown telling that this video will (legitimately) frighten the viewer, so when the viewers are ready, will have a countdown of 2 seconds, because it's about to get intense, after the countdown ends, it starts showing the text telling the viewer to change their underwear after watching this video, then an unexpected screamer interrupts, showing a picture of Katie Embry, along with a loud scream, when the screamer ends, after about a couple of text, the same screamer appears, and at the end, the same screamer pops-up again, The video has gained over 600,000 views
