The woman uses a piece of plexiglass with a small hole in it to help remove the ball slowly. While the ball is being removed, the man can be heard grunting loudly. The ball then "pops" out of the anus a few seconds later. The camera then cuts to a zoomed out shot right before cutting to the eFukt logo.

The video has amassed over 1.5 million views on eFukt alone.
