The video a shows a clip of the famous children’s TV show Paw Patrol, specifically of the characters hanging out and dancing inside. However, at the 42 seconds point, after one of the dogs trips over golf balls, a picture of a Marshal with blue eyes and a creepy mouth pops up with the Loud Nigra scream, as implied in the title. The video (49 seconds long) ends directly after the screamer. This screamer amassed over 200,000 views, and has no description.
