The video starts off with a loading icon fading in on a black background, as the narrator tells the viewer to stare at it closer. He asks that if the viewer isn't good at staring at the loading icon and looking hard. After 25 seconds, Thermos pops up from the bottom of the screen (Which it's taken from the Inanimate Insanity II episode, "Alternate Reality Show") screaming at the viewers, then he goes down. The video ends with some white text fading in reading "Thermos Fools! Did I scare you?" accompanied by a heartbeat sound. The watermark is being displayed on the entire video.
