The video itself is a compilation of clips of the South Park character, Elvin Cartman. Near the end of the video, Elvin is crying because he ran out of Fudgsicles. Eric tries to make him stop crying, so Eric whacks Elvin in the head with a stick. As soon as the stick makes contact with Elvin, the video cuts to a possibly AI generated image of a tall, pale, bald, white humanoid creature with yellow eyes, a bloody mouth and teeth, and its mouth wider than normal.
