Salad Engine is a YouTube Poopmade by cartoonlover98 uploaded to YouTube somewhere in 2012. As of August 2019, the video, alongside his YTPs, was deleted, due to him closing his account.
As the title of the video suggests, it depicts a picture of Thomas the Tank Engine taken from the Thomas and Friends season 1 episode "Thomas and the Breakdown Train" smiling in front of the viewers, except he has hollow black eyes, and that it's set in the sunset while the picture of Thomas zooms in towards the screen, accompanied by "Beware the Friendly Stranger" by Boards of Canada (the background music heard in most episodes of Salad Fingers, hence the title of the video).
However, at the end of the video, as the picture of
Thomas zooms in too close to the screen, the picture suddenly flashes colors, and that his eyes are replace with the "O-face", alongside his mouth being upside down, and that it's accompanied by a shortened version of the scream taken from the K-fee commercials.

- The picture of the eyeless Thomas seen in this video would later be used on various creepypastas based on the show.
