Scary Clown Pop Up is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by a user doodooda1 in May 12th, 2011.

The video asks the viewer to stare at the top window of a house, due to the fact that it's low-quality, it supposedly leads the viewer to look closer at it, 6 seconds in, a picture of Pennywise from IT franchise appears along with a loud scream, this is the first and the final that doodooda1 has uploaded.
