Grandpa Laughing strangley is a screamer video made by METTTTTSSS.
Similar to the original version, the video still shows a picture of Arnold's grandfather from Hey Arnold!, the laugh is reversed. after 38 seconds, a ugly man's face pops up with the same scream from this original video.
