Pizza Tower Title Screen Easter Egg is an easter egg screamer that appears in the game Pizza Tower.

After the intro cutscene, the player is greeted by the character Peppino Spaghetti standing in the dark looking at the viewer with three purple TVs around him. If the player makes an input, the lights will turn on and take the player to the save select screen. However, if the player stays idle on the screen and does not press anything for what seems to be 40 seconds or more, Peppino suddenly lunges at the player accompanied by a loud scream. The game closes after the screamer on the PC version, but in the Nintendo Switch release it simply resets the timer for the easter egg to trigger.
