My 1st Screamer is a screamer video uploaded by Screeeaammermaker to YouTube on November 18, 2007. This screamer has amassed nearly 3,000 views.

The video is actually erroneously titled, as this user uploaded another screamer one day before this one. The video begins with text saying "What are the 5 things wrong with this picture?". An image of a kitchen with a table, cabinets, wooden flooring and various appliances shows for a moment before the 15 second mark where an image of a bloody woman with pink hair shows up. Afterward, it goes back to the original, unsuspecting image. It's possible this screamer was inspired by the original What's Wrong With This Picture?, due to the similarities.
