Courage finds the "What's Wrong?" screamer is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Aldrine Joseph 25 on October 1st, 2024.
The video depicts an edited clip from the Courage the Cowardly Dog episode, "Courage in the Big Stinkin' City". It starts with Courage walking up a flight of stairs leading to a door where violin music can be heard. Looking up at the door, Courage says to himself, "I just know something bad is going to happen!" and, bracing for the worst, grasps the doorknob and opens it, only to find the room from What's Wrong?, hence the title, replacing the violin-playing girl from the original scene. As Courage happily sighs, the scene cuts to the room itself, where after the violin music stops, the face from the same screamer pops up and lets out the same scream as usual. This causes Courage to scream with terror and slam the door shut.
