Pizza Tower Title Screen Easter Egg is an easter egg screamer that appears in the game Pizza Tower, released on January 26, 2023.

After the intro cutscene of the game, the player would be greeted to Peppino Spaghetti standing in the dark looking at the viewer with three purple monsters around him. If the player makes an input, the lights would turn on and would take you to the save select screen. But if the player stays idle on the screen and doesn’t press anything for what seems to be for 40 seconds, Suddenly Peppino would lunge at the player, this accompanied by a loud scream. After the screamer, the game would then close.
