MK Adventure with Reiko was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on October 19th, 2009 by a user FELIXDELGADILLO.

The video contains footage from a Mortal Kombat fan game created on Open Beats of Rage, which features the character Reiko. There is no sound as the player shows a stage and some attacks. At 38 seconds, a picture of Pennywise the Clown appears with a yell that (ironically) sounds like a distorted death scream from the Mortal Kombat games. It's not particularly frightening because you can quickly wait for the video to completely load before pushing the slider forward to see Pennywise himself.
