Vision Test is a YouTube video uploaded by user bobo39472. It was first uploaded on October 27, 2007.

The video, of course, sets itself up as a vision test to see if the viewer can see letters of the alphabet from various distances. After the process is repeated 5 times, a weird creature appears with a distorted roar in the back.
