Bart Video is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube in 2015 by the user Garry's mod [Morpexit]. It is an edit of the video Cant sleep, clown will eat me from 2007 by Frogz.

The video proceeds just like the original with the realistic Bart saying "Can't sleep, clown will eat me." from The Simpsons episode Lisa's First Word on loop. By the seventeenth second, a flurry of screamer faces from Omsj accompanied with the same scream from Jingle Bells Reversed before going back to the realistic Bart saying "Can’t sleep, clown will eat me" one more time.
