Scoped.lima-city.de is a screamer webpage made by Zeroxeon. When you go to the webpage, it shows a flashing, grayscale picture of the face from Whats Wrong?. The page also uses obfuscated JavaScript1.2 code to make the window move around at the screen in small steps which makes the startle effect bigger. However this script will only work on Internet Explorer.
