Screamer Forums and Screamer gallery have returned.
The Screamer Forums will likely remain read only unless it's known that it will be active, since forums in general are kind of dead because of Discord.

Steve Co. Supply Crate was a screamer in the game Minecraft, made for an April Fools joke in 2011, When creating a new world, locked chests would spawn at random locations on the map.
When clicking on a locked chest, the player would be redirected to the Steve Co. Minecraft Store. It pretended to be a Pay 2 Win Shop for Minecraft.
