Subliminal Message in YouTube is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user KillerPunkSuperMario on November 3rd, 2011. The video shows the YouTube logo for a few seconds. Nothing changes and no text or explanation appears, until at the 16 second mark when a man with big eyes sticking his tongue out pops on screen, accompanied by a loud noise. This ends after 21 seconds when the video concludes.
It's likely that this video is inspired by Scare Your Friends With This Video as they have a similar theme.
