EAS Scenario: Ultimate Halloween
EAS Scenario: Ultimate Halloween is a YouTube video made by DCO Nightingale, and was posted on April 30, 2018. The video goes around a story, told by dialogue and Emergency Alert System (EAS) messages. 17 minutes and 50 seconds into the video, texts say:
"Before you get to call 911, you hear your friend scream their name..."
The screen is dark for a few seconnds, before bold, yellow text reads:
"AND THAT'S WHEN"
Immediately afterwards, A screamer, featuring a black-and-white boy with a snapchat filter over his face appears with a loud, echoing scream.
