1 thing wrong was a video released by UserWasKilled on June 18th 2008, he is also known for making the screamer video, Art Of The Dead.
Video
The video shows a low quality picture of an abandoned room, some text tells you one thing in the room is wrong, and it gives you a hint, saying it's behind the door. After a few seconds, the video tells you to get closer if you can't see it, and right after, an image of Regan MacNeil pops up along with a scream.
