This is a screamer video from 2007.
As the video starts, it shows gameplay footage of the computer game DOOM II, the player starts killing lots of enemies, but then at 0:58, he kills an Imp, then the screen flashes and a text appears saying "Take a cloose look in that monster's ass!!!", which apparently, zooms in the monster, implying that you can see its anus. It starts zooming a lot before at 1:17, it shows an image of a girl with a man's face while the song B.Y.O.B by System of a Down plays in a distorted effect.
