X-rider was a screamer website from a south korean movie called, Epitaph. The screamer is a dead women who her face is covered in blood and she is smiling. There are no screams actually, is just a loud sound effect from the movie that, in a loop, cause it to be kind annoying.
On YouTube there is some vietnamese kid who recorded his reaction. Go to YouTube, search "Epitaph Movie" and go to 39:00 and there you can see her face. It's not that scary actually.
