The video is about a Mickey Mouse picture, if you hear a sound that he say "hello there", turn up the volume, 6 seconds later, a picture of a man with a pale face pops up with a loud female scream and the video ends.
As the title suggests, the video itself disguises as a normal sound effect, for downloading purposes, in the video, the mickey immediately tells the player to turn up their volume, to hear the sounds, but suddenly, the screen cuts into a picture of a man with pale face, with a loud, generic, female scream, before ending the video.
