Happy-Halloween.gif is a screamer GIF made by Kris Wilson, one of the creators of the web comic named: Cyanide & Happiness.
The comic starts with two characters talking about a serial killer that is impossible to take a photo of him and that everyone hands him the camera, after some seconds. The characters in all the panels start looking at the viewer and then a realistic Cyanide & Happiness character pops up with flashing lights. Later the it ends with the two characters at the last panel looking at the viewer.
