Fliqpy.exe is a screamer video made by Joey Sikk on May 1st, 2015. It's based on the popular adult series Template:Wikipedia from Template:Wikipedia which has gained humongous online presence over the past few years.
The 14-second long video starts off with the typical Happy Tree Friends intro. However, after 8 seconds when the title card starts to disappear, a close up edited version of Fliqpy covered in blood with red, glowing pupils zooms in with a loud roar while holding what appears to be a gardening spade. The scream itself originated from an episode of the cartoon classic Tom and Jerry titled The Milky Waif, where Jerry Mouse roars at Template:Wikipedia.
