Read More (X Lines) is a form of screamer used when Google+ was introduced to YouTube.
In the fist few years of the Google+ integration, links to YouTube videos would be represented by the videos name instead of the YouTube URL. Also, you could write long messages, but they would be hidden and a link to expand the message would be at the bottom of the visible message. YouTube trolls quickly found out that they could write a short message without an ending and then paste the URL to a YouTube video with a title like "Read More (12 Lines)". People would think there was more content in the message and click the link. The link would then link to a screamer.
This does not work anymore, but there are still a few screamers of this kind left on YouTube.
