An ad for Universal Studio's Halloween Horror Nights in Singapore was aired in 2015, and became well known for its effective jump scare.
The Ad
The advertisement starts by showing a viewer discretion notice. After the notice disappears, the moon starts getting eclipsed; at the end of the video, the moon eventually becomes a "Blood Moon". This summons a number of dark figures who wreck havoc. Eventually, the ad displays a graphic shot of a body being dragged off, followed by the attraction advertisement. Just as the ad seems to stop, a bloody face pops up and screams before the video abruptly cuts off.
