I have reported the Matsuyama website to PETA shortly after posting the original draft here, and they are currently working on taking down the website and finding its publisher. PETA, despite its controversial history, was the only place that accepted reports on websites instead of merely locations. From reading Matsuyama's article on Screamer Wiki, I found out that despite the website showing a rat being blended, it is not illegal. I'm confused by this, and I don't know how to explain this to my mom. I just told her that I reported the website to PETA after stumbling upon it on a Reddit thread. | |||
