Sinister V OF DOOM! is a short screamer video uploaded to YouTube by BGVC* on July 7, 2011.
The video starts with a black background with the words "A Sinister Presentation" in large letters zooming in from the top of the screen and settling at the bottom. In the center of the screen, a letter S appears at a distance, slowly zooming towards the viewer. However, the face from What's Wrong? suddenly appears and zooms extremely close towards the viewer, engulfing the screen. The video is accompanied by the faint music from the 1976 Viacom logo, which abruptly becomes excruciatingly loud during the screamer.
