It starts out with a Russian girl at the camera, saying something, but then, 4 seconds later, a flurry of gore, red lights, and scary faces (including [[Regan MacNeil]] and ''Pazuzu'' from The Exorcist) pop up, accompanied by a very loud screech. It then returns to the girl, shaking her head and saying something again. She then smiles.
