YouTube, LLC is an American video-sharing website owned by Google and headquartered in San Bruno, California. Three former PayPal employees—Chad Hurley, Steve Chen, and Jawed Karim—created the service in February 2005.
As long as YouTube videos follow the community guidelines, the sky is the limit to what may be posted.
Screamer Videos
Because of the ease of making a YouTube video, they are the most made screamers.
Because of this, there were many complaints and denunciations about these fake videos containing shouted at the end, there even being reports of people who died of heart attack after falling a video with screamer, which caused YouTube to remove several videos that were fakes and they contained those screamers in the end, although many still create this kind of video.
