Kikia es uno de los primeros Screamers hechos, y también el primer Screamer difundido a lo largo de todo el Internet e inspiró a algunas personas a hacer cosas similares. Su primera aparición en Internet fue en el servicio taiwanés Kimo. Fue publicado por una persona bajo el usuario Netspooky.

La animación comienza con un niño sentado de el pasto, mirando hacia el cielo. Dos renglones de texto en chino aparecen.

"是否已經很久..... 沒仔細看看天空.....", traduce a “Cuanto tiempo ha pasado, que no miro el cielo y descanso..…”
