The video is low quality looped footage of part of the opening sequence to the Japanese manga and a black and white anime series The Amazing 3, with Bokko the bunny strutting before posing a couple of times, accompanied by a distorted version of the song Charmaine by Mantovani.
However, after around approximately 2 minutes and 48 seconds, at which point a video of fetuses spinning their heads around from the YouTube video Username:666 appears with a distorted noise. The rest of the video fades into a black screen, while the laughing sound is heard.
