Kayako Saeki (佐伯伽椰子, Saeki Kayako) is the main antagonist from the Ju-On horror franchise. She was killed due to her husband's paranoia about the possibility of her cheating, and became an onryō due to the extremely violent nature of her death. Many screamers use pictures of the character, including one where she has red eyes and a hand approaching for the camera.
Kayako Saeki's role was originally played by Japanese actress Takako Fuji.
