When the video reaches 4 seconds, a large monsterous red spider-like creature gets out from the box of cigarettes, screaming and and repeatedly hitting the screen. Creatures Pre-Roll is a anti-smoking ad made by The Real Cost on July 15th, 2015.

The ad starts with a dark setting, and an animated cigarette box shaking. When the video reaches 4 seconds, a large monsterous red spider-like creature gets out from the box of cigarettes, screaming and and repeatedly hitting the screen.
