Seymay Time (A.K.A セイメイタイム) was a shock video uploaded to YouTube by nomotynonono on June 24, 2009. The video has since been removed, and the earliest known archive shows that the video accumulated over 250,000 views in 2009 before getting deleted; there are more copies of this version.
For the most part of the video, it's a Japanese game show with a clock ticking noise being heard in the background. However, on the right of the video, the scene cuts to a Japanese man committing self-harm (hard to tell because it's blurry). The ticking noise is actually the sound of his arm being cut.
