Er-mta.net/fnaf/scream was a subpage created by Russian user, Gallardo994 (Igor Boyko) and posted on the Empire of Riders forum in 2014.
The webpage displays an animation of a re-creation of Freddy Fazbear's power-out jumpscare from Five Nights at Freddy's. The jumpscare itself appears to be coded with a simple coding language called "HTML5", which makes the animation loop over and over again. As of 2017, the screamer is deleted due to the forum being shut down for unknown reasons.
