pikachu.exe also known as "pika.exe" or "Scary Pikachu" or formerly known as "ghost.exe" is a screamer program made by a unkown South Korean user on around 2000. which has been hosted on many sites. and later rehosted to haha168 around 2002 (the same site that hosted Monster.exe) when open, a image of a pokemon map shows up with pokemon music playing in the background. however despite pikachu never shows up in this program. when clicked on a pokemon. the lights starts to flash after that. the lights goes off but then a animated GIF of a ghost, known as "Hong Kong Grandmother Ghost" (which is a Korean myth.) appears in fullscreen with a loud scream. the only way you can exit it out of this app, is by using alt f4 or task manager
