The video starts off with the song A Ram Sam Sam (speed up version) by Johnny Only. The song would start off normal, but suddenly, At the 0:10 minute mark, it would suddenly cut to multiple gore images and videos including:
- A video of a man shooting himself with a gun
- A man who committed suicide by helium
- A video of a woman lighting herself on fire
- A image from 1444
- A man with some sort of back infection
- The Party Man image
- 4 people dead in a car after a car crash
- A man with his big hole in his head
