It is a 2 minute and 50 seconds video of a rival gang member being tortured and beheaded, the member also had his hands cut off and his face and the floor are filled with blood (probably smashed over by a shovel). The reason why the video was called FunkyTown, because at the end, the song "Funkytown" by Lipps Inc. plays in the background.
