It first shows a bridge with NO cars, a highway under the bridge, and some buildings in the background. It says Look closely under the bridge. Do you see anything unusual? Obviously, there is nothing, BUT at 0:05 seconds it shows a dog with his mouth opened, and with some man screaming. The picture zooms in into his mouth. at 0:06 seconds, it says from left to right, LOL. It is not a very good screamer though, although it can get you the first time.
