Fliqpy.exe is a screamer video made by Joey Sikk on May 1, 2015. It's based on the popular adult animated web series Happy Tree Friends which has gained a humongous online presence over the past few years. It gets its name from the evil counterpart of Flippy, a bear that appears in the previously mentioned show.

The 14-second long video starts off with the typical Happy Tree Friends intro. However, nothing is shown when the page flips over, and then a close-up edited version of Fliqpy zooms in with a loud roar while holding a cake cutter (as seen in Party Animal). The sound originated from the Tom and Jerry episode The Milky Waif, where Jerry Mouse roars at Tom Cat before fighting him. The scream in this video would later be used for Arthur.exe from Atarster's Angry German Kid series.
