Mickey Mouse saying "Hello There" - Sound Effect is an 8-second YouTube video made by Dagnasty67. As the title suggests, the video disguises itself as a standard sound effect for downloading.
The video at first shows a black and white head of Mickey Mouse on a white background. However, the title becomes misleading as there is no sign of Mickey saying "hello there," let alone anything in the video.
