In addition to featuring graphic violence, drug use, sexual content, profanity, drinking, disturbing imagery, and other NSFW content, it also includes a [[screamer]] at the end of most episodes.

''PONY.MOV'' takes place in a grotesque version of the Friendship is Magic universe where characters’ personalities are warped almost beyond recognition (with the exception of Applejack, who is simply [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flanderization flanderized] into having a single-minded obsession with apples). In particular, the canonically sweet and gentle Fluttershy is revealed to be a deranged serial killer in the third episode, ''SHED.MOV''. During the course of the episode she makes a particularly horrific face that is reused at the end of the episode and all subsequent ones, accompanied by strobing lights and a loud scream.
