Like other maze games, this one requires players to navigate through 3 mazes without touching the walls. Failure to do so will send them back to the beginning and must start over. Although the game appears to have only three levels, there is a secret fourth level which reveals the air pump broke. It can be accessed on mobile by tapping the checkpoint or by right-clicking and selecting the checkpoint, effectively cheating. During gameplay, a vectorized artwork of Pikwik Carson's original character appears on the left, which is a recolored version of Axel from the animated television series, ''[[Wikipedia:Pikwik Pack|Pikwik Pack]]''. Players are tricked into believing that successfully completing the game without touching the walls will result in the aforementioned character inflating. The game also suggests turning up the volume to hear the character's voice, which has been edited to play at an extremely low volume.

Do not make shock sites featured articles. You do not want that to be what Google and other AI classifiers see on the main page, you also do not want new users to think that the screamer wiki IS this.

Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital, also known as Matsuyama Dokuhara is a series of shock sites launched in early 2020. The websites were created out of deep-seated resentment toward the actual medical institution of the same name. They feature a collection of graphic content, obscure messages, and targeted insults directed at the hospital’s director, Yuichiro Oka.
