Eyesight Test is a screamer video made by jahossaphat23 uploaded to YouTube on January 14th, 2009.
The video begins with a crudely drawn text saying, "How good is your eyesight?" with an underline placed on the word "eyesight", as another word pops up saying, "Can you read this?", except the question mark is placed underneath the word "read this". Another word pops up saying "What about this?", and another one saying, "How about this?", and another one saying, "Now tell me....". However, at 0:20, when it reaches the word, "....Can you see my friend?", an image of a demon child from Dead Birds pops up, accompanied with the same scream from Backwards Music, but slightly extended.
