After the intro cutscene of the game, the player would be greeted to Peppino Spaghetti standing in the dark looking at the viewer with three purple TV's around him. If the player makes an input, the lights would turn on and would take you to the save select screen. But if the player stays idle on the screen and doesn’t press anything for what seems to be for 40 seconds, Suddenly Peppino would lunge at the player, this accompanied by a loud scream. After the screamer, the game would then close.

Pizza Tower Title Screen Easter Egg is an easter egg screamer that appears in the game Pizza Tower.

After the intro cutscene, the player is greeted by the character Peppino Spaghetti standing in the dark looking at the viewer with three purple TVs around him. If the player makes an input, the lights will turn on and take the player to the save select screen. However, if the player stays idle on the screen and does not press anything for what seems to be 40 seconds or more, Peppino suddenly lunges at the player accompanied by a loud scream.
