Britney Spears Hidden Message was a [[screamer]] video uploaded on November 5, 2006 by VenerableDread, the same uploader of the [[Saddam Hussein Execution]] prank.

The video starts by telling the viewer to listen to an excerpt of the Britney Spears song "[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-u5WLJ9Yk4 Baby One More Time.]". Afterwards, the video then instructs the viewer to listen closer to the song, before the same excerpt is played in reverse. Following this, the reversed audio is then repeated a couple more times, with each repeat of the song being slower than the last. Suddenly, at the 0:28 second mark, a negative image of a skull flashes on screen, slowly zooming in while an ear-piercing scream plays. The video then cuts to a message saying: "Hmm... strange. It sounds slightly different. Pranked again by VenerableDread" before ending at the 0:36 second mark.

The original copy, along with VenerableDread's YouTube channel, have since vanished from the platform. However, you can still find a couple reuploads of the video on YouTube from various other channels.
