EL ZAFIRO MALDITO (THE DAMN SAPPHIRE, Don't look at the Sapphire !!!) is a spanish screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Maignofe.

The video which seemly shows a diamond shaped sapphire which the sound effect can be hear a girl moaning, The Exorcist tubular bells plays in the background. but after at 32 seconds mark, a zooming in picture of a scary monster looking girl pops up along with the girl screaming.
